Happy New Year!
The Holidays have passed us by. Now you can make that final decision on your house plan to begin building your new home this year. If you have questions on anything please let us know and we will get answers for you. All of our house plans are NOT returnable so please be sure of the purchase you make. You want to be sure the plan you choose will fit on your lot. Also just be sure the overall layout will work for you. You can always order a Study set for most of our plans to help you be sure of your decision and study set fees are credited back towards your final purchase of complete sets of that specific plan.

Study sets are offered for most of house plans. What is included with this varies depending on the designer that it is. A picture of the floor plan and elevations are usually included but they will not have all of the dimensions that a full set of blueprints has. It is usually enough to determine if this is a house you can live with and a builder should be able to give you a rough cost to build from these too. A builder can usually estimate cost to build based on the square footage, how many stories it is and by looking at the elevations. If more info is needed you will have to order a complete set of plans at the full price. If you order a study set the fee is credited back towards your complete sets. To find out what foundation type is available for a particular plan please check the general specifications in the light blue block of our pricing page for the particular plan you are viewing. Do not go by the price in the shopping cart section. If a plan is already drawn with a particular foundation it is no extra charge but if the alternate foundation has to be drawn there is a fee to do this and it depends on who the designer is on how much it will cost. If you have any questions or concerns on this feel free to call 800-250-4505 or scroll down below the elevations and floor plans of the plan you like and you will see the link to click on to "ask the designer a question". This will automatically email the designer of that plan with any questions you may have.
